Audio guide? There wasn't one... Luggage stowage suboptimal, especially when the bus is full! So, the statement that there is plenty of space for luggage only applies to half-full buses. However, as the crowds were exorbitantly large (we had to take 2 buses), large suitcases can hardly be accommodated. The bus attendants worked efficiently to load the bus. Problem, we didn't know that one bus group went to Terminal 1 another to 2, so we got on the first bus that came. We then had to find the inter terminal bus. We did not miss our plane but think we should have known to wait for bus 2.

The experience was positive. The only thing I knew that may not be very clear is that the 2 terminals are 7 km apart. I took the aerobus on the way back that took me to the wrong terminal. Because I thought the airport was in one location and T1 and T2 were adjacent and then I had to spend 21€ in cab x go to the right terminal. But having them specify better that the 2 terminals are far apart would be recommended, so people pay attention and look at the ticket, otherwise you assume they are attached like in all airports.

These passes are very practical and recommended if you're staying in Barcelona. However, be careful. If you buy them online, you can only pick them up at certain times in certain places. The experience was positive. The only thing I knew that may not be very clear is that the 2 terminals are 7 km apart. I took the aerobus on the way back that took me to the wrong terminal. Because I thought the airport was in one location and T1 and T2 were adjacent and then I had to spend 21€ in cab x go to the right terminal. But having them specify better that the 2 terminals are far apart would be recommended, so people pay attention and look at the ticket, otherwise you assume they are attached like in all airports.

It was so easy to get the tickets at the airport information desk. The lady we dealt with was so polite and professional. Picked up the tickets, headed to the Metro and off to the hotel. We used the Barcelona card to gain discounted access to some muesums, the cable car and the aquarium. The card is a must - the discounts may be small in some locations, but they do add up. Well worth it.
